Note: We will not grant wholesale accounts to customers reselling LorAnn-branded products through online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Ebay, Etsy, or like websites. A valid Business Tax ID is required for all wholesale customers.
Before You Apply...
- Wholesale program access is granted only to established businesses.
- A valid Business Tax ID is required as well as other forms of business identification such as established websites and/or retail facilities.
- Wholesale program is not available to businesses reselling LorAnn-branded products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, or Etsy.

How do I apply?

Who is eligible for the wholesale program?
The LorAnn Wholesale Program is designed for businesses that use or resell LorAnn-branded products through their own retail locations, websites, or professional channels—not through third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, or Etsy.
What happens after I submit my application?
You should receive a response within 1–2 business days. If your application is approved, a wholesale account will be created and you will receive login credentials by email to access the wholesale website. If not approved, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you by phone or email.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
LorAnn Oils welcomes every order, large or small. Order as often and as much as you need—there’s no minimum order requirement.
How do I place an order?
Be sure to login to your wholesale account!! Our website defaults to retail pricing. If you are not correctly logged in, you won’t be able to see the larger sizes, retail-ready displays, and more importantly, you won’t receive your discount. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact Customer Care by email, customercare@lorannoils.com, or by phone 1(800) 862-8620.

Orders for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
The website does not accommodate orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask our valued customers in those states to contact Customer Service directly with their orders.
Orders for International Retailers and Manufacturers (or) International Wholesale Customers
The website does not accommodate orders for our international customers. Please contact us directly to place your orders. If you are an International Businesses interested in opening an account with LorAnn, please see the International Inquiries section of the website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Large orders may require additional time to produce and ship—please plan accordingly. If your order is delayed or can’t ship complete, we’ll contact you directly.
Is shipping included for wholesale partners?
Free shipping is available for orders of qualified items** totaling $750 or more shipped ground within the contiguous United States.
**Note:
- Free shipping excludes liquids in gallon sizes or larger.
- It also excludes dry ingredients and waxes in quantities of 10 lbs (4.5 kg) or more.
- For orders over $750 that include excluded items, freight is charged only on those items.
- If your order doesn’t qualify for free freight, shipping charges depend on weight and destination.
- Most orders ship via United Parcel Service ground; larger orders may be shipped on a pallet via a common carrier.
- LorAnn Oils has no order minimums, but shipping on small orders can be costly—UPS charges nearly the same for 1- and 10-pound packages.
- If a lift-gate is needed for delivery, extra charges may apply.

I am an international business, do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you have an international business and would like to inquire about purchasing directly from LorAnn Oils, download and complete the International Business Verification Form (PDF) and email the completed form to customercare@lorannoils.com. Inquiries will be forwarded to our International Customer Service Manager.

Can an international business place orders through the wholesale website?
Approved international businesses can utilize the wholesale website to place orders, however, shipping charges and payments must be coordinated by our
international sales associates after receipt of those orders.
Can I resell LorAnn products on Amazon or Walmart.com?
No. Reselling LorAnn-branded products on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, or Etsy is not permitted under our wholesale program.
