Super-Strength Flavors This line includes both natural flavors and artificial flavors. Always start with the smallest amount and adjust to taste. *Note: Not all Super-Strength Flavors are suitable for use in chocolate or coatings. To determine compatibility, visit the product page for your selected flavor on our website and check the item details section.
Compounded Naturals Compounded Naturals are formulated in a base of propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin. While concentrated, these flavors are about half the strength of our Super-Strength line.
Bakery Emulsions Use the same amount as you would an extract. 1 teaspoon of extract = 1 teaspoon of bakery emulsion.
Flavor Fountain Recommended usage is based on a 6–8% milkfat mix. Use the chart as a starting point and adjust as needed—higher fat content may require more flavoring to achieve the desired intensity of flavor.
