Returns and Credits
- Taste is subjective and varies from person to person. As such, LorAnn Oils does not offer refunds based on individual taste or preferences. We recommend purchasing a small size to test a new flavoring before placing an order for larger sizes or quantities.
- Returns and credits are only available for damaged or defective items. All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service department; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in original, resalable condition and returned within three weeks of the purchase date. Used or opened items may not be returned under any circumstances. Most authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns on overstocked merchandise. Please order as needed and in appropriate quantities.
- Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damages and Discrepancies
Report all damages or shipping discrepancies within five days of receipt by contacting our Customer Service team to initiate a claim and request credit or replacement. Please keep damaged products and packaging until instructed otherwise, as they may be needed for claims processing.
Warranties
- LorAnn Oils guarantees that our products will arrive undamaged and properly packaged. However, we cannot guarantee that every customer will be satisfied with the product’s flavor, aroma, or function. We offer a wide variety of sizes and maintain a no-minimum order policy, so customers can test and experience our flavors, essential oils, and other products before purchasing larger sizes or quantities.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened items, so please order small sizes first if you are unfamiliar with a LorAnn Oils product.
- LorAnn Oils makes no express or implied warranties regarding a product’s fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, or specific use. LorAnn Oils, Inc. disclaims liability for any and all consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our products. The user assumes all risks associated with use, whether alone or in combination with other substances. The user’s sole remedy is limited to a refund of the purchase price or a replacement if the product fails to meet labeled specifications.
Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item in your order is out of stock, the order will be temporarily held if we expect the out-of-stock item to become available within 2–3 business days.
- If an item is out-of-stock and the order cannot ship complete, the out-of-stock item will be removed and shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
- Out-of-stock items are not automatically backordered or shipped later. Customers must place a new order once the item is available. Standard shipping charges apply to all re-orders.
