Ingredients
FOR COOKIES:
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
4 tablespoons milk, room temperature (may substitute non-dairy milk)
1 ½ teaspoons Ginger Super-Strength Flavor (use ½ teaspoon more if you want more spice)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
½ cup granulated sugar for rolling
FOR MARSHMALLOW FILLING:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
7 ounces marshmallow crème or fluff
1 ¾ cups powdered sugar, sifted
¼ teaspoon Super-Strength Marshmallow Flavor or may substitute ½ teaspoon LorAnn Pure Vanilla Extract
