There is still much work to be done by scientists and clinical trials to back-up if there are any health benefits associated with essential oils. To date, no scientific-evidence can conclude essential oils cure diseases or any illnesses. However, many fans of essential oils claim they use them to help elevate their mood or relieve stress. Since the pandemic, many of us can admit anxiety and stress have taken a toll on our overall mental health. For us, the aroma lighting up a room, or using a roller ball on your temples to bust those pesky sinuses, is enough for us to love and enjoy using essential oils. And if oils can help ease anxious or whelming thoughts and lessen stress we are all for using them in our overall wellness routine!
