Using LorAnn flavorings that are water-soluble to make homemade flavored sparkling water and hard seltzer (such as White Claw®️) is a quick and easy way to enjoy a low calorie, low carb, low sugar, gluten free refresher.
A bottle of plain sparkling (carbonated) water, also called seltzer water, can easily be found at any grocery or convenience store. No need to buy an expensive name-brand water, just pick whatever is on sale.
